Hey there! I’m Michael, a 49-year-old motorcycle enthusiast living the dream on Australia’s stunning Gold Coast. When I’m not working my day job, you’ll find me cruising along coastal highways or exploring the rugged outback trails. My love affair with motorcycles started in my early twenties, and after 15+ years of riding, I still get that same rush of excitement every time I fire up an engine. My garage currently houses my pride and joy – a classic Triumph Bonneville T120 – alongside a KTM adventure bike for those off-road adventures. On weekends, I often meet up with my riding crew for breakfast runs to hidden cafés or multi-day trips exploring new territories. There’s nothing quite like watching the sunrise from a mountain lookout after an early morning ride! Besides motorcycling, I enjoy photography (mostly of bikes and landscapes, if I’m honest), tinkering in my home workshop, and sampling craft beers at local breweries. Living on the Gold Coast gives me the perfect balance of beach vibes and easy access to some of Australia’s most incredible riding roads.
